http://www.surfshopsegundamano.com/ reserves the right to change the shipping method and carrier, regardless of what is stated on these pages and provided it does not cause obvious harm to the customer. http://www.surfshopsegundamano.com/ is committed to delivering orders within 72-120 hours (including business days) to the shipping addresses in the Canary Islands for items in stock, and within 5-15 business days for the Peninsula and Balearic Islands. If the purchased items are not in stock, we will inform you of the delivery times (including business days). The store will contact the customer if these delivery times cannot be met due to delays in delivery by the carrier. Shipping costs are clearly stated in the description of each product in the online store.
Your shipments are prepared upon receipt of payment confirmation (Credit Card, PayPal, or Bank Transfer). Please note that bank transfers take 3 to 4 business days to process.

WARRANTY

Payments will not be refunded for items that have been unpackaged.

CANCELLATIONS

Surf Shop Underground reserves the right to cancel an order received, for which the purchase price will be refunded.
Customers may request cancellation of their order, as long as it has not shipped before the cancellation request. Once an order has shipped, cancellations are not permitted.
